City’s mobile office to visit Brooklyn, Lotus River, Ottery and Ferness Estate
05 March 2020
The City’s mobile office will take services to Brooklyn, Lotus River, Ottery and Ferness Estate as from 9 to 12 March 2020. The aim is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities such as customer care, housing and subcouncil offices or freecall lines.
The mobile office sessions are held at community facilities that are easily accessible. The schedule for next week is as follows:
| Area | Date | Time | Venue |
| Brooklyn | 9 March 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Brooklyn Library Hall, Koeberg Road |
| Lotus River | 10 March 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Lotus River Multipurpose Centre, Cnr 5th Avenue and Buck Road |
| Ottery | 11 March 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Ottery Civic Centre, Bruce Road |
| Ferness Estate | 12 March 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Stephanians Hall, Tristania Avenue |
The City’s customer service team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
This way the City is bringing its services to residents, and affording them the opportunity to enquire and to solve issues without having to spend time and money on transport.
The City encourages all residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office.
Future area visits will be communicated in due course.
